Traffic Management System
To ensure the safety, convenience, and smooth flow of traffic within the school premises, all parents, guardians, and drivers are requested to observe the following traffic guidelines:
Main Gate Traffic Flow
Vehicles entering through the Main Gate shall follow the designated traffic route around the Administration Building.
Please observe the one-way traffic flow, promptly drop off or pick up students, drive with patience and courtesy, and follow the directions of school personnel and traffic marshals.


Gate 2 Traffic Flow
Vehicles entering through Gate 2 (Near Caliya) shall follow the designated traffic route around the Cafeteria area.
All drivers are expected to observe the prescribed one-way traffic flow and follow the directions of school personnel


To help ensure the smooth and efficient flow of traffic, Gate 2 (Caliya) will be open during the following hours:
Morning Entry
6:00AM - 7:30AM
Dismissal Hours
2:00PM - 3:00PM
4:00PM - 5:00PM
Inclement Weather Traffic Arrangement
During inclement weather, vehicles may access the designated traffic route around the Oval Field to facilitate the safe and convenient drop-off and pick-up of students at the nearest accessible area. Drivers are encouraged to observe the prescribed traffic flow and follow the directions of school personnel and traffic marshals.
Campus Speed Limit
For the safety of students, parents, and school personnel, all vehicles are required to observe the maximum speed limit of 10 kilometers per hour (KPH) while inside the school premises.
Maximum Speed: 10 KPH
To help ensure the safety and security of everyone on campus, parents and guardians are encouraged to secure an official TLMII Car Sticker for their vehicles.
Vehicles displaying a valid TLMII Car Sticker will be granted access to the school premises and designated parking areas.
Parents/guardians who have not yet obtained a car sticker may purchase one at the Accounting Office during office hours.
The car sticker should be properly displayed on the vehicle for easy identification by security personnel.
We encourage all vehicle owners to secure their car stickers at the earliest opportunity to facilitate smooth entry and efficient traffic flow within the campus
Car Sticker Policy
Vehicles intended for parking shall proceed directly to the designated parking areas.
Parents/guardians may accompany their children to their respective classrooms after parking.
Parking slots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Drivers are advised to follow the directions of school personnel and traffic marshals at all times.

Parking Areas
The first parking area accessible from the Main Gate, located in front of the Administration Building on the right side of the designated traffic route.
Administration Building Parking Area
Approximate Capacity: Up to 10 vehicles
Located on the front left side of the Administration Building, adjacent to the Administration Building Parking Area. This is the second designated parking area accessible from the Main Gate along the designated traffic route.
Motorcycle and Tricycle Parking Area
Approximate Capacity: -
Located on the right side of the Chapel, facing the School Van Parking Area and near the High School Building ramp.
Chapel Left Side Parking Area
Approximate Capacity: -
Located on the right side of the Chapel, facing the Elementary Building Playground.
Chapel Right Side Parking Area
Approximate Capacity: -
Located beside the Elementary Building, near the Guard House and the Elementary Playground, with parking spaces facing the Administration Building.
Elementary Side Parking Area
Approximate Capacity: Up to 9 vehicles
Drop-Off Procedure
Pick-up Procedure
A designated drop-off area will be provided for students.
Vehicles will use the designated drop-off point to ensure a smooth and orderly traffic flow.
Drivers are encouraged to make drop-offs promptly to accommodate all arriving students.
Parents and drivers are kindly requested to proceed after drop-off so that other vehicles may be accommodated efficiently.
Vehicles will use the designated pick-up procedures to maintain an organized traffic flow.
Teacher-advisers will assist students in proceeding to the designated waiting area near the Guard House.
Parents/guardians may pick up their children at the waiting area upon entering the school vicinity.
Parents/guardians are required to sign the Pick-Up Attendance Log before taking their child home.
Drivers are encouraged to proceed promptly after pick-up to help ensure the smooth movement of vehicles within the campus.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Zones from the Main Gate
Located at the start of the shed in front of the High School Building, near the ramp and Chapel area.
High School Drop-Off and Pick-Up Zone
Located beside the Elementary Playground and near the ramp.
Elementary Building Shed Area Drop-Off
A designated waiting area for both Elementary and High School students awaiting their service or fetcher.
Guard House Waiting Area
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Zones from the Second Gate
Located at the end of the Elementary Building shed, near the Second Gate (Caliya Entrance).
Elementary Building Second Gate Area, Pick Up and Drop-Off
Located in front of entrance of the school cafeteria.
High School Drop-Off, Front of Cafeteria
